We are currently accepting new patients. We would love to see your newborn and your teen, and everyone in between!

If you’d like to learn more about our clinic or our doctors, please feel free to give us a call and we would love to set up an appointment so that you can get to know us.

We look forward to meeting you and your child at the practice!

To get started with the practice, we’d recommend the following steps:

1. Verify that we are in-network with your insurance company. See our Insurance Page for more information on how to do this.

2. Call our office at (405) 225-8741 to start the intake process.

3. Gather up your child’s medical records, including any immunizations. Print, sign and send the record release form to your previous pediatrician’s office (if you had one) and have them send your child’s records to our office. This step is not necessary for newborns.

4. Once we have received your child’s medical records, our office will contact you to make an appointment.

5. Print and fill out the new patient forms from the Forms Page.

6. See if you have a preference for any of the doctors listed on our doctors page. We recommend selecting a primary doctor, and a secondary doctor in case you need to come into the office and your primary doctor is not available.

7. Bring your forms, the medical records, your ID and your insurance card to your first visit. Make sure you come a few minutes early so we can get you settled in to our system before your appointment time.
